Driver
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused Driver to join our team. The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services while delivering exceptional customer service to every passenger. Our Drivers represent our company through their professionalism, patience, and commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass all required background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
- Ability and willingness to complete all required company training and ongoing education.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
- Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Communicate professionally with our Care Concierge Team, supervisors, clients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability while maintaining assigned schedules.
- Protect passenger confidentiality and privacy.
- Respond calmly and professionally during unexpected situations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical transportation, senior transportation, home care, customer service, or hospitality.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Driver Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Driver Supervisor to lead and support our transportation team. The Driver Supervisor is responsible for supervising Drivers, maintaining operational excellence, promoting a culture of safety and accountability, and ensuring exceptional service for every client. This position combines leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and operational oversight to ensure daily transportation services run efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous professional driving experience required.
- Previous supervisory, leadership, or team management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to complete all required company training and continuing education.
- Successful completion of background screening, drug testing, and motor vehicle record review.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and support Drivers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor driver performance and provide constructive coaching.
- Conduct ride-alongs, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Assist with onboarding and training new Drivers.
- Help coordinate daily schedules and transportation assignments.
- Address employee concerns professionally and fairly.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and inspected.
- Collaborate with our Care Concierge Team and management to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Step in to provide transportation coverage when operationally necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising transportation, medical transportation, logistics, or customer service teams.
- Experience working with seniors, home care, healthcare, or mobility services.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
